Caratlog gives purchase quotes based on the weight, purity and prices you use. Always check weights and purity yourself before paying.

Spot prices can change or be delayed. You are responsible for the offers you make to customers.

Free trial and billing

Each new shop gets a 14-day free trial with full access. No card is needed to start. After the trial, Caratlog costs $49 per shop per month (USD, taxes may apply), billed monthly in advance through Stripe, for unlimited staff accounts.

If you add billing during your trial, the first charge happens when the trial ends. The subscription renews every month until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the Billing page; access continues until the end of the paid month. Payments already made are not refunded except where the law requires it.

If the trial ends without a subscription, or a payment fails and isn't fixed within 3 days, saving new tickets is paused. Your saved tickets and history stay available.
